There’s a whole host of ways to get involved with your Students’ Union
Whether you want to run for a Sabbatical position or a Part Time Officer position, be a Course Representative, Volunteer or Fundraiser.
Interested in Media? Then you can volunteer for a committee position with (or just to write for) Dusted, your student magazine. Or you can check out our radio station DRS if you're more chatty than you are with a pen.
If you’re looking for something a little more varied then you can join (or even run) one of our myriad of sports teams or societies - and if there’s not one already set up then you can organise and start a new one.
Our Liberation Campaigns provide a space for LGBT Students, Black Students, Disabled Students and Women to get involved and the ‘Zones’ let any student have their say, and a chance to influence policy, through the democratic structures of the Students’ Union.
There’s far more to your Students’ Union than we can fit right here. So have a browse through the website, our Facebook profile, Facebook fanpage or follow us on Twitter. Working together we can improve your student experience in Derby.
