An Officer Trustee is a full-time student representative who has been elected by the student body. Each position has a specific area of responsibility as defined in the Union’s Constitution.
A majority of the role will involve attending a number of committees to ensure that the University are putting students at the forefront of their decision making. Their main responsibilities are for making decisions on, and influencing the direction of, the Students’ Union and are held to account by the Union Council/AGM.
