Annual Representation Conferences

Programme Representatives’ Conference (23rd Nov 2011)

Each year the University of Derby Students’ Union holds a Programme Representatives’ Conference, this is designed to develop our Programme Representatives with workshops and training. It allows our representatives to acquire new skills and build relationships with each other.

Part of the Conference is the panel discussion, where our representatives have the opportunity to address the Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellors and Directors of key departments candidly and openly about any issues they feel are relevant.

Buxton College Conference (16th May 2012)

Each year the University of Derby Students’ Union holds a Buxton College Conference, this is designed to develop our FE Course Representatives and FE STARs with workshops and training. It allows our representatives to acquire new skills and build relationships with each other.

Part of the Conference is the panel discussion, where our representatives have the opportunity to address the Vice-Chancellor, Head of Buxton College, Dean of Buxton Faculty and Heads of key departments candidly and openly about any issues they feel are relevant.
