During normal opening hours our staff will do their best to always be available for you to contact for advice or information. Regardless of if you're shy, self-conscious, or just nervous about using a gym for the first time, don't hesitate to cotact us. Anton, the fitness suite coordinator, is available on internal Ext 1383 (01332 591383), and will be happy to talk to you in confidence.
