The University of Derby Netball Club is devoted to heightening the student experience for its members. We do this by holding socials every other week allowing all members, whether they are part of the team that is involved in BUCS or they are just taking part as social members. We also hold events with other sports teams which allow us to get closer together as an Athletics union.

We at present have two teams taking part in BUCS. The first team have currently been promoted into 3a in the midland conference, where 2nd team are holding their position in 6a. As a team we are hoping to improve on all results. We are also currently enrolling a third team into a local Thursday night league in Derby where this new team will be able to play and progress together.

We are hoping to set up a coaching session once a week in a local school; this will allow is to get involved within the local community.

Everyone of all ability is welcome, and we as a team, will try our hardest to help you progress, if it is by improving fitness or skill or even to be involved in a club.
