Get your NUS Graduate Extra card and continue saving money as well as gaining vital support in the year after your graduation!
What is Graduate Extra?
Launched in 2010, Graduate Extra is the brand new discount and lifestyle card from NUS. The card offers help, support and money saving deals for recent graduates* in that crucial year after education. Now only £15 for a 1 year card, graduates are available to benefit from more fantastic deals and offers after they finish their studies, as well as help and support as they venture into the next stage of life after education.
What does it offer Graduates?
Graduate Extra is specifically designed for graduates, offering a different package of discounts and offer to NUS Extra. So, for instance, partners such as Zizzi, Pizza Express, Coast and Jane Shilton have joined Graduate Extra, but we are also please to be working with new partners, such as ATS Tyremaster, AVIS, The Guardian and Very.co.uk. Graduate is more than just discounts. There is also a wide range of links to organisations and services designed specifically to help new graduates adjust to life after University. Whether it be tax advice, help with a CV, volunteering and gap year opportunities or insurance they are looking for, it’s all available with Graduate Extra. And, with a free legal helpline for 24 hour advice on anything from a first employment contract to help with a difficult landlord, Graduate is there for every step of the graduation journey.
How else can new graduates get Graduate Extra?
If a graduate has been an NUS Extra card holder this year, they can simply visit the website, enter their card number and get Graduate Extra. If not, you can still purchase your card online by selecting the University you have graduated from (University of Derby) then your card will be posted to the University of Derby Students' Union for you to collect.
